This commitment aligns with the requirements of the Electronic Commerce Law, which mandates that e-commerce operators adhere to voluntary, equal, fair, and honest principles, comply with laws and business ethics, and accept government and social supervision.
- Legal Compliance: We strictly comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those related to e-commerce, consumer protection, data privacy, intellectual property, tax, and labor. We regularly review and update our policies to ensure alignment with evolving legal requirements, such as data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and e-commerce governance standards.
- Ethical Sourcing & Supply Chain: We work only with suppliers and partners who share our commitment to ethical business practices. We conduct due diligence on our supply chain to ensure that our products are sourced responsibly, without child labor, forced labor, or exploitation. We require suppliers to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines standards for fair labor practices, safe working conditions, and environmental responsibility. Additionally, we comply with the Electronic Commerce Law’s requirements to ensure product safety and environmental compliance in our offerings.

2. Environmental Sustainability

Our goal is to operate in a way that preserves natural resources, reduces waste, and supports a sustainable future, aligning with global efforts to promote sustainable development and environmental stewardship.
- Sustainable Packaging: Building on our shipping policy’s focus on responsible packaging, we are transitioning to eco-friendly, recyclable, and biodegradable packaging materials to reduce plastic waste. We minimize excess packaging, use recycled materials where possible, and encourage customers to recycle packaging after use. For international shipments, we ensure our packaging complies with both environmental standards and international shipping regulations.
